What we collect
- Your account email and a hashed password (via Better Auth).
- Your content: the snippets, API calls and docs you store.
- Billing details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
- Server logs (IP address, request metadata) for security and debugging.
- Usage data via Google Analytics 4, when enabled.
Cookies
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies on the marketing site and signup funnel only — it does not load inside your base, on password-reset links, or on invitation links.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. Your snippets, API calls and docs are never used to train AI models.
Where data lives
Servers are hosted with Hetzner.
Retention & deletion
Email support@infodriven.ae to delete your account and its data (self-serve deletion is coming). Export anytime — docs as .md on every plan, full Markdown/JSON export on paid plans.
